We ship worldwide except for the United States of America. Upon receipt of your payment, we will dispatch the products to you the next working day.

We currently offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery or Express Delivery depending on delivery location.

Standard Delivery

All orders to East Malaysia will be shipped via Registered Air Mail with an estimated delivery time of 4 - 11 business days. 

All international orders will be shipped via registered air mail.

Express Delivery

All orders within West Malaysia will be shipped via Courier Service with an estimated delivery time of 2 – 5 business days.

If express delivery is required for international orders, we will use either Federal Express (FEDEX) or GDEX or DHL.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout page depending on both weight of the package and destination. 

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Gaia Project. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), and charged in MYR. Although our website does support the display of prices in other currencies, however, at the checkout page, it will display in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). The checkout will be completed in the trading currency which is MYR. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Policy and Terms

By placing an order at Gaia Project you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Gaia Project. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
